What's included

Shipping is included in the displayed price. There is no shipping charge and no handling fee at checkout. Every shipment is tracked; the tracking number is emailed when the parcel is tendered to the carrier.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, and shipping is included in the price everywhere we ship. A small number of destinations cannot be served because of dangerous goods transport restrictions; those addresses are not offered at checkout. If your country is missing, email us before ordering.

Lead time

Every airbag is built to your configuration. Current lead time is 3–4 weeks from order to delivery. Delivery timing varies by destination and applicable transport requirements.

Regulated transport

Undeployed airbag modules contain a pyrotechnic inflator and can be classified as regulated dangerous goods for transport. Shipments move on compliant lanes, which is one reason lead times are quoted conservatively and some destinations or service levels are not offered. Never open, modify or attempt to ship an airbag module yourself without checking carrier requirements.

Delivery issues

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further and contact us within 14 days.
