911airbags collects what an order and support require, and describes here everything the site stores or transmits.

1. When you buy

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. Through Stripe we receive your name, email, shipping address, phone number if provided, the exact product configuration you chose, its price breakdown at the time of purchase, the order amount, and Stripe's transaction identifiers. We keep this to build, ship, support and, where necessary, defend the order.

2. When you contact us

Messages sent through the contact form or by email, including any VIN or photos you attach for fitment checks, are used to answer you and kept as part of the support history.

3. What the site stores in your browser

localStorage holds: your in-progress configuration, your display currency choice, your analytics consent decision, and first-touch campaign parameters (utm fields, ad click ids, the landing path and the referring site's domain) if you arrived from a campaign. These stay in your browser; the campaign parameters are attached to your order only if you buy, so we can tell which advertising works. No cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.

4. Analytics

Marketing analytics are currently off. If we turn them on, this section will say so and, where required, you will be asked first.

5. Service providers

Stripe (payments), Resend (order and support email), our shipping carriers (name and address on the label, tracking), and our hosting provider (standard server logs, including IP addresses used for abuse prevention). Each receives only what its job needs.

6. What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information, run third-party ad networks on this site, or store card numbers anywhere.

7. Your choices

Email support@911airbags.com to access, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep for completed transactions (tax, accounting, disputes).
