Cancellation

You can cancel for a full refund within 3 days of payment, before the build starts. Email your order number to support@911airbags.com within that window.

Configured items

After the cancellation window, your airbag is built to your exact specification. Built-to-order items are not returnable for change of mind.

Defective or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not matching the configuration on your confirmation, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right with a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Safety and transport

• Never return an installed or deployed airbag module. Deployed modules are spent pyrotechnic devices and are not accepted.
• Do not ship an airbag module back on your own. Return transport for airbag modules is coordinated by us on compliant carriers; we provide the label and instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. Processing time depends on your bank.
